Delivery Information

We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days, if your order is urgent, please advise us in the notes section when placing yoiur order, email us at orders@halilit.co.uk or call the office on 01254 872454.

Delivery is free on all UK Mainland orders that meet our agreed carriage paid order levels of £250.00 and over.

A delivery charge of £10 will be applied on any orders less than the minimum order value.

Minimum carriage paid order values for areas outside of UK Mainland are as follows:

Highlands and Islands of Scotland and the Channel islands - £350.00

Northern Ireland - £500.00

Republic of Ireland - £600.00

Please ask us for a quotation to ship any orders less than the above carriage paid order values.

Our shipping fees to Northern Ireland, ROI and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and the Channel islands reflect those charged to us by our courier.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and a signature is required. As the delivery comes to you via a courier, we are unable to book a specific date or time.

 

Short delivery or damage in transit 

In order to consider any claim for shortage of delivery or damage in transit, we require notification by email within 5 working days of the receipt of your order. No claim in respect of non-delivery will be considered unless written notification is received and acknowledged by us.

PARCELS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION SHOULD BE REFUSED AND HALILIT ADVISED within 5 working days of the attempted delivery.

Returns

Should we agree on a return or exchange of goods for any reason, items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received, in undamaged original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund or credit.

Where refunds are agreed for undamaged items, thre will be a re-stocking fee as indicated on our full Terms and Conditions.
